RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Return Window:
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact us at  support@wear444.com within 30 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We'll send you return instructions and a return address

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Items damaged due to misuse or wear
- Items without original packaging
- Items returned after 30 days

Exchanges:
If you need a different size or model, please return the original item and place a new order.

Warranty:
All watches come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
