Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 to every country we ship to — every watch we sell qualifies. Orders under $50 have a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your destination. Prices are shown in your local currency.

Orders ship from supplier warehouses in Asia. Delivery estimates start from the date your order ships.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email. Tracking information may take 3–5 days to update after you receive your shipping notification. Visit our Order Tracking page to check your shipment status.

Customs, import taxes & duties

International orders may be subject to import VAT/GST, customs duties, or carrier handling fees in the destination country. These charges are set by your country's authorities, are the responsibility of the buyer, and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Rules differ by country and change often — for example, the EU applies VAT to imports and, since 1 July 2026, a flat €3 customs duty per item on low-value parcels. Please check your local rules if you are unsure.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation, email us at support@wear444.com with your order number. We will investigate immediately and either locate your shipment or issue a replacement or full refund.

Multiple items

Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
