Where do you ship from?
All orders ship directly from our supplier warehouses in Asia. This allows us to offer premium microbrand watches at significantly lower prices than traditional retail. Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days worldwide.
What is your warranty policy?
Every watch at Wear444 comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If you have an issue within 12 months of purchase, contact us at support@wear444.com and we will arrange a replacement or full refund — no need to ship anything back in most cases. We handle it.
What movements do your watches use?
All automatic watches at Wear444 use genuine Seiko NH35 or NH34 movements — the same movement architecture used in watches costing 5–10x more. The NH35 is a time-only movement with a 41-hour power reserve. The NH34 is a GMT variant that tracks two time zones simultaneously.
What is sapphire crystal?
Sapphire crystal is rated 9 on the Mohs hardness scale — only a diamond (rated 10) can scratch it. All watches at Wear444 use sapphire crystal, not mineral glass or hardlex. This is the same crystal used in Rolex and other Swiss luxury watches.
Are these watches the same as on AliExpress?
The movements and cases come from the same manufacturers. What you get at Wear444 is curation, quality control, a 1-year warranty, 30-day returns, and Canadian-based customer support — not just a raw factory listing.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are SSL encrypted through Shopify's secure checkout.
How do I track my order?
