We stand behind everything we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy from the date of delivery.

Return eligibility

• Item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• All original accessories, tags, and documentation must be included
• Items showing signs of wear, modification, or water damage beyond normal inspection are not eligible

How to start a return

1. Email support@wear444.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return address
3. Package your item securely and ship it to the address provided
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrived damaged or is defective, email us at support@wear444.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice, no return required.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
