About Wear444
We started Wear444 because the watch industry is broken.
Not the watches themselves — the pricing. The same Seiko NH35 movement that powers a $3,000 Swiss watch also powers a $349 microbrand watch. The same sapphire crystal. The same ceramic bezel. The only difference is the name on the dial and the marketing budget behind it.
We're based in Surrey, British Columbia, and we started Wear444 to fix that. We go direct to the microbrand manufacturers — Steeldive, PAGANI DESIGN, San Martin, Thorn, BERNY, Watchdives — and bring their best pieces to Canada and the world at prices that make sense.
What we believe
- NH35 and NH34 movements only — every automatic watch we carry runs on genuine Seiko movements. No cheap clones.
- Sapphire crystal always — we don't sell watches with mineral or hardlex crystals. Sapphire is rated 9 on the Mohs hardness scale. Only a diamond can scratch it.
- Real specs, honest prices — we tell you exactly what you're getting. Movement, crystal, water resistance, lume grade. No vague marketing language.
- 1-year warranty, no asterisks — if something goes wrong within a year, we make it right. Full stop.
